Stephen Sims is assistant professor in the department of political science at Rochester Institute of Technology. His teaching and research interests include international political thought, law and society, and grand strategy. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. from Baylor University, and a B.A. from Thomas Aquinas College. His work has appeared in the Journal of International Political Theory.
